Shipping & Returns
All of our items are custom made just for you. For this reason, we're unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Of course, some of our unique items are made from recycled or upcycled materials and may show signs of being previously loved.
Order Lead Times
All items are made-to-order and can take up to five (5) business days to produce. Please anticipate this lead time when selecting your shipping method. If an item in your order requires an extended production time, we will notify you.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on many of our best selling items. If applicable, the discount will be applied at checkout with a promo code. Our free shipping offer is subject to the following terms and restrictions:
- Oversized and fragile items are not eligible for free shipping
- Discounts apply to shipping addresses located in the contiguous US only
- Carrier is selected at time of shipment at Bumblebird's discretion
Standard Shipping
The shipping services and carriers employed by Bumblebird and its fulfillment partners are selected at their discretion at the time of shipment. Rates and delivery times will vary.
Expedited Shipping
Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, expedited shipping is not available.
